Submissions

Unlike most other publications in the field of international law, the Journal has a unique, substantive focus on the intersection of business and international law. Articles selected for publication must address topics within this nexus. The Journal accepts manuscripts from legal scholars and practitioners from around the world. All submissions should be double-spaced and use footnotes rather than endnotes. Citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015).

Please note that the Journal will not consider student manuscripts other than those submitted by the Journal staff.
