Fifth Annual Symposium—2011–2012

Our fifth symposium, "Commemorating the Equal Rights Amendment," honors the fortieth anniversary of the federal Equal Rights Amendment’s passage by the United States Congress and recognizes the thirtieth anniversary of its ratification deadline. Leading scholars and practitioners gathered to present speeches and engage in panel discussions on the past and future of the proposed federal Equal Rights Amendment. The program was graciously sponsored by SNR Denton and Kaplan Test Prep. The panels included:
