Scholarly Commons was launched to maximize open access to the scholarly works of Northwestern Law faculty, students, and affiliates and the content of Northwestern Law's six student-run journals: Northwestern University Law Review, Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, Journal of International Law and Business, Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, Journal of International Human Rights Law, and Journal of Law and Social Policy.
